Service Description

Functional Medicine consultations help determine WHY you are experiencing chronic illness and symptoms. This 1-hour consultation will review your personal and family history, environmental and lifestyle triggers, and determine the bio-chemistry and physiology involved. You will be provided with a summary that outlines best-evidenced, safest, and tailored recommendations, including supplements, vitamins, dietary changes, and lifestyle recommendations. The consultation includes 3 months of email coaching and follow up to make sure you are on track, supported, and that the new healthy rituals are sustainable, motivating and effective. Phone appointments available. You will receive a confirmation email from the consultant once booked, then be provided with an intake form. Plan to fill out the intake form prior to your appointment, which takes approximately 30-60 minutes
